Eating Delicious, Healthy, Beautiful Plant Based Food


Preparing and eating vibrant plant based meals is a huge part of our life. Having tried different diets, it’s the whole food plant based lifestyle, that has helped us regain our health. Going plant based over 3 years ago has helped us heal from joint pain, high blood pressure, headaches, oily skin, chronic constipation, mucus overproduction and depression. We have since experienced greater levels of joy and strength, and less pain in general (including pains during menstruation and child birth). Cutting out sugar from our diet has helped us set an end to cavities. 

 All my recipes are plant based, sugar and oil free, easy to make, kid approved 🙂 and use less than 10 ingredients.
